Happy new Year

Happy new year to all puppets and humans!
It has been a very intense month and just want to
thank everybody for their help.

A small update

Puppet excitement is palpable. It’s their first Christmas

and they don’t know what to expect.
They go on and on talking about it

but nobody really knows what it is all about.
For sure they think that a lot of new mini me are going

to be made and are so exited to meet new puppet friends.

They can hardly talk about anything else.
Right now I’m in Florence, Italy.

I’m promoting myself, and the personalized dolls.

This photo is taken at a yoga studio, Newyogacenter, in Florence.
They have amazing yoga; while I’m here I’ll take some super yoga classes.

I definitely recommend it for anybody in town.

Puppets daily routine

I’d like to give you an idea of how my day goes. I’m aware that I’m not typical and my day is quite unusual for a puppet. As all personalized dolls I spend at least 8 hours in the same position pretending to be just a puppet; from time to time humans plays with me and I behave just as you with expect a rag doll to do. The night when the human are sleeping, instead of just having party time, with the other personalized dolls, I usually eat a little snack from what I find around and then start studying some kind of new thing, at the beginning it was basic, like learning a language, how to write or how to eat. I must say that my human helped me a lot with this. Now days I’m studying on the internet about humans: history, their news and their behavior. I’m quite shocked by the results, and I might write an article about that at some point. When I finish studying, I start working, as the director of this blog I have a lot of responsibilities writing articles answering emails and fans and keeping updated with the latest technologies. Since my humans like to sleep I always get a little bit more time in the morning to socialize with the other puppets, there are always new ones and most of the time it’s great fun. My humans are very kind to me so they are totally ok with me doing stuff and not freaking out so I don’t need to be acting like a puppet all the time, I’m quite lucky. The only annoying thing is that they want we to work, they just love to rest and see me work! So hope I gave you a good idea of my random day.

Hello from a Puppet

Hello from a Mysoftme personalized puppet. This is my first article and I’m very exited I’ve been trying to figure out how humans think but I really don’t understand the logic maybe with more time I can figure out more about you in the mean time let’s hope you can understand me. The web site mydesignzoo has changed I hope you like the new look we have, we added Spanish, and hope you will find it easy and more fun to move around. I’m soon going to put on the blog some puppet stories that you helped to make just photos or longer comments, so please keep sending us material. The photo is me on a tree hope you enjoy it, it’s one of my favorite things to do, sitting on trees.

Preparing for Transition

What an intense month I’ve been teaching Mysoftme English and how to use a computer. It as really been hard but we actually made some huge progress so now he should actually be able to write on the Blog. As we went along he got so exited he wants to take over and manage all of it. So this is really the news, I will soon pass over to my personalized rag doll the management of the web site and we will see what comes out from a puppet writing it’s own material.

Teaching Mysoftme how to eat

Teaching Mysoftme how to eat proved itself to be much more complicated than I had anticipated. First Mysoftme argued that it didn’t want to have anything and that personalized dolls don’t need any food. I tried to tell him he would have more energy and could do more things and that got him a little bit more interested. Unfortunately eating with silverware is not as simple as you would think. And our first attempts are just not working out. My rag doll is getting very frustrated and I’m not sure if it wouldn’t be better to move to chopsticks or a spoon. Having it eat with his hands really does not seem like a good idea. I’d never anticipated that this could be a problem. Of course the rag doll is right saying it doesn’t really need to eat but I still think it would be a cool skill for it to learn.

Immortality and personalized dolls

Me and Mysoftme, my personalized rag doll, were off for a vacation. It’s so much fun to be together enjoying the water and the sun, we had a great time we relaxed went for walks and even encountered a giant jellyfish. It made me think about an amazing immortal creature the Turritopsis nutricula, an animal related to jellyfish and corals, that is capable of rejuvenating itself. Mini me dolls can’t perhaps bring Immortality but don’t really age and do make a special personal long lasting gift.

Really puzzling

Tonight I heard a noise and woke up.

I went to investigate what might have

happened and to my surprise I found a

mini-me personalized doll using my

garlic squeezer. Now that is quite unusual

for our dolls, they do go around when

nobody is looking, but that they would

actually be interested in a garlic squeezer,

is really puzzling. Was he hungry, curious

or just playing….? Hard to know, when I

arrived he immediately froze and pretended

to be just a regular rag doll. Please let me

know if anything like that occurs to your

dolls, we are "seriously" looking into the

matter.
